Start with your basic routine for at least 2 weeks to stabilize the skin, and then incorporate more advanced options like anti-oxidant AM serums, PM dermal rolling serums, PM dermal rolling, and PM retinol.
BASIC
AM/PM Face Routine for 2 weeks to stabilize the skin:
- cleanser AM/PM with a double cleanse in the PM (Purifying Gel Cleanser)
- exfoliation AM or PM (exfoliating polish and complexion renewal pads)
- brightening AM solution/toner (Bright and Clear solution)
- eye cream AM/PM (any of them are great!) AluminEye, Eye Complex, or Youth Eye Complex (the most hydrating and popular)
- anti-oxidant serum AM (Super Serum or C&E Peptide)
- neck cream PM (Neck Perfect optional)
- moisturizer AM/PM (select a lighter moisturizer like the hydralight for daytime use, and a richer moisturizer for nighttime or with increased dryness after retinol, dermal rolling, peels, or lasers like the Recovery Balm, K-Derma, and the Sheald)
- mineral sunscreen AM (Ultra zinc untinted spf for face and body with a dewy finish, or the tinted primer for a matte finish, or the is clinical eclipse in tinted (non-comedogenic)
Body Routine:
- face, neck, and chest exfoliation 2-5 times a week AM or PM in the shower (exfoliating polish scrub and the complexion renewal pads)
- body exfoliation 2-5 times a week AM or PM after the bath or shower (like the dermalac peel or the bright and clear solution for the body)
ADVANCED
PM Dermal Rolling Serums after 2 weeks of stabilizing the skin for 2 nights a week, and then begin dermal rolling after that. You won't want to use the dermal rolling serums during the day as they will feel tacky. Use your daytime antioxidant serum instead.
- copper peptide PM 2-5 nights a week
- soluble c PM 2-5 nights a week
- dermal roll (MR3) PM 2-5 nights a week (MR5 once a week for deeper acne scarring), dermal roll your scalp, and purchase a second roller.
- Supreme lotion or K derma for post-dermal rolling for more hydration
- AM anti-oxidant serum (Active Serum) AM every day after cleansing and then eye cream, then the serum, then moisturizer and SPF
- PM at-home peels (the AFA gel peel is a clean option and I have 2 other options for deeper peels discussed further in my Tutorials) PM overnight 1-2 nights a week
- PM stronger retinol (resurfacing serum 0.25 or rejudicare synergy mild) PM overnight 1-2 nights a week
For dermal rolling of the body:
- PM Apply Dermalac (body peel solution) to the body and areas you would like to roll
- PM Dermal Roll with your facial roller or body roller
- PM Apply ACE Body Oil and then go to sleep
Key supplements for the skin, prioritize Protein (body weight in grams a day), Collagen (10-12g a day), Omegas, and Antioxidants:
