- face, neck, and chest exfoliation 2-5 times a week AM or PM in the shower (microderm scrub or exfoliating polish scrub, followed by the complexion renewal pads)
- body exfoliation 2-5 times a week AM or PM after the bath or shower (like the dermalac peel or the bright and clear solution for the face and body)
ADVANCED
- dermal roll (MR3) PM 2-5 nights a week, and apply your The Always Radiant Skincare Copper Peptide, The Always Radiant Skincare Hyaluronic Acid Serum, The Always Radiant Skincare C60 Serum, and light or heavy moisturizer (join Tutorials to learn how it's done)
- AM anti-oxidant/hydrating serum The Always Radiant Skincare Hyaluronic Acid Serum, The Always Radiant Skincare C60 Serum, and/or The Always Radiant Skincare Copper Peptide in the AM (layer or select one or two) every day after cleansing and then eye cream, serum, moisturizer and then SPF
- PM at-home peels like the AFA gel peel is the cleanest option and I have 2 other options for deeper peels discussed further in my Tutorials including the Active Peel System which is easy to use in pre-soaked towelettes ideal for traveling, and a much deeper peel (combining the ZO Daily Power Defence and the Radical Night Repair) outlined in Tutorials once a month. Peels are recommended in the PM overnight 1-2 nights a week, or monthly depending on the peel. All instructions are on the product pages.
- PM stronger retinols like the Resurfacing Serum 0.25 (start with the mild option then work your way up in strength) PM overnight 1-2 nights a week when not doing a peel or dermal rolling. I walk you through "Skin Cycling" in Tutorials. There is also the Retinol Eye Gel that can be applied a few nights a week which is lovely.
- PM Apply Dermalac (body peel solution) to the body and areas you would like to roll
- PM Dermal Roll with your facial roller or body roller (Body dermal rolling technique shown in tutorials for the inner arms, elbows, knees, and hands)
- PM Apply ACE Body Oil and then go to sleep
